Please note: Margaritas and More is not responsible for any alcohol.  Alcohol is not included with the frozen machine rentals.  The customer uses alcohol at their own discretion and liability.

San Diego Margaritas and More prides itself on the quality of its state of the art frozen drink machines and service to our customers.  There are other companies that rent frozen drink machines that are not maintained well, which affects the quality of the frozen drinks, oftentimes ruining an event.  San Diego Margaritas and More maintains its equipment after EVERY frozen drink machine rental, to ensure the next rental receives a high quality machine. 

We will start you off with the first batch of frozen drinks. We provide you detailed written instructions so that you can prepare the frozen drinks during the event.

If there is a problem, and you followed the written instructions correctly, we will provide troubleshooting over the phone or in person.  If necessary, we will fix the equipment or replace the machine.  If, after taking these steps, the problem is not resolved, San Diego Margaritas and More will refund you 100% of the rental fee, plus a 20% discount towards your next rental.

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We guarantee that if we cannot confirm your reservation 7 days before the event, we will give you 20% off your next scheduled rental.  Make sure to plan early, as our machines are booked quickly.  If you make a reservation less than 7 days from event, there will be an additional fee.
