To rent a frozen drink machine, 7 days notice and a $100 deposit is required. Last minute events booked within less than 7 days will be charged an additional fee. In order to provide the best customer service, Margaritas and More needs to ensure adequate supply of frozen drink ingredients for your special event needs.
Margaritas and More does not provide alcohol for frozen mixed drinks. Customers may add alcohol at their own discretion. Machine supplies, recipes and instructions are included with delivery.

Helpful Hints
If this is your first time renting a frozen drink machine, you may find people will consume it more than beer and wine. That way you can minimize the purchase of beer and wine, or not even purchase them at all.
Frozen drink machines should be kept in the shade in the daytime.
A dedicated 110V 15 amp circuit is needed for each frozen drink machine. It is preferable that you do not use GFI outlets for our frozen drink machines. We will provide you with heavy gauge extension cords that measure 25 to 50 feet, depending on availability. We ask that you not use any other type of extension cord.
Cooling the mix before the event will give you a better product from the frozen drink machine. We can provide ideas on chilling the mixes with ice.
You can save leftover mixes inside zipper storage bags and place it in the freezer for your next event.
Please be sure to let us know if there are any difficulties in delivering the frozen drink machines, such as steps, stairways or even steep slopes. Additional delivery charges may apply for difficult deliveries.
We ask that you not lift or move the frozen drink machines. Doing so will result in a $500 additional fee.
